Small-Scale Wind Energy Workshop Oct. 18 & 19 at Beech Mountain
 Appalachian State University offers popular two-day, wind-energy workshop
The small-scale wind energy course will be conducted on Oct. 18 - 19, 2008. It will be held in the field at the university's wind energy facility in Beech Mountain, NC. "App State's" Wind Energy Research and Demonstration facility in Beech Mountain features the full line of
Southwest Windpower (SWWP) products, as well as other residential wind turbines on the market. Participants will learn the basics of residential wind systems from SWWP.
